Wildlife Trapping Team

Welcome!  We are a small, local, family-owned Pest Control and Nuisance Wildlife service company that is in North Georgia.  We are your neighbors that have worked and lived, for most if not all of our lives, and raised our children here in Georgia.  Each one of our owners has a vested interest in providing a service to the community which means at the end of the day we do not just stop caring about our clients.  We work hard to maintain our high standards of service by continually learning and improving ourselves both professionally and personally.  Additionally, the funds that our clients use to purchase our services stay in Georgia and not maintaining a massive national infrastructure so, therefore, is used to support other local businesses.

We established ourselves in Johns Creek and recently added a second office in Dawsonville.  This growth was prompted by our existing wildlife control customers saying they wished we offered PEST CONTROL services.  If we simply apply the same principles that we used in our wildlife control business; stellar customer service, ethical practices, and passion for what we do we will continue to make our clients safe and satisfied!

Everyone on your property is a partner in the company.  What this means for you is that each person has a vested interest in the outcome or results of your job. It is not the situation where it is an employee just going through the motions of doing their job.  We pride ourselves on having some of the lower prices in the wildlife industry. We set the prices, in our opinion, where it is fair for the work required and usually ends up being among the lowest.  Although great prices, we still take extra measures (time-consuming and costly) for aesthetics & longevity.  Never any short-cuts here.  Believe me, we have pictures of some bad work in the industry so cutting corners is a “thing”.

We have been providing humane & affordable wildlife trapping, wildlife control & wildlife rehabilitation services for over a decade.  Our services include daily trap checks to make the most out of your trapping dollars & habitat modification suggestions.  If the wildlife is getting inside, we also provide a free quote to provide wildlife exclusion services (critter-proofing) to your home or building.  All of our exclusion services come with a 5-Year warranty with ZERO annual fees.

We brought these exact methods & principles into the Pest Control Service business.  When hiring us to handle your Pest Control,  you can feel confident in knowing that we don’t just come to your house and spray the maximum allowable pesticide and leave quickly.  We do a thorough inspection to identify the “target species” and come up with a strategy to monitor & control the pests.

Each State has it’s own common pests & wildlife that are often dealt with.  For the State of Georgia the list is:

Here is what makes us different than most other Pest Control providers, we take the time necessary to resolve your problem.  If you care to see a breakdown of why we emphasize OUR TIME spent and why the Typical Pest Control Service Schedule creates (what most call) “baseboard jockeys”-

Industry Standard Hours for a Typical Pest Control Technician is 8 hours a day.  One hour for Lunch.  That leaves 7 hours per day = 420 minutes per day.  In our area you have to allow an hour for driving time, however in this illustration I am using a half hour (30 minutes) windshield time between stops. The average Pest Control Technician is expected to make 10 – 18 service calls per day. Yes – 10 – 18 treatments per day.  BUT to keep it simple we are using the lower number of 10 visits per day.  So here is the breakdown:

420 minutes       – in a standard workday

300 minutes       – the driving time between appointments (30min per appointment x 10 appointments)

120 minutes remaining divided between 10 appointments = 12 minutes per call.  Either this forces a longer workday for the Technician or the company cannot service this many customers.

How thorough can they be if setting up the pesticide and equipment takes 10 minutes that leaves 2 minutes to treat your home?  This is why the industry refers to these guys as baseboard jockeys because they only have time to spray the maximum allowable and get onto the next call.  This is not the way we chose to do business.

While performing a thorough initial inspection, we determine what is the target pest species and devise a strategy.  Our goal is to utilize habitat modifications, biological & mechanical controls, with the right amount of pesticides to remedy the problem.  This holistic approach is called Integrated Pest Management (IPM).

IPM is a process you can use to solve pest problems while minimizing risks to people and the environment. The most effective, long-term way to manage pests is by using a combination of methods that work better together than separately.  With this in mind, materials are selected and applied in a manner that minimizes risks to human health, beneficial and non-target organisms, and the environment.

As expected we will design a program that suits your needs & budget.  All of the typical household pest control services are offered on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis.

The most common cities that we service for pest control are: Alpharetta, Berkeley Lake, Big Canoe, Cumming, Dawsonville, Duluth, Johns Creek, Milton, Peachtree Corners, Suwanee
