Pest Control & Nuisance Wildlife Solutions
Who We Are
We are a small, local, family-owned, and operated Pest Control and Nuisance Wildlife service company that is in North Georgia. We are your neighbors that have worked and lived for most, if not all, of our lives and raised our families here in Georgia. Each one of our owners has a vested interest in providing a service to the community which means at the end of the day we do not just stop caring about our clients. We work hard to maintain our high standards of service by continually learning and improving ourselves both professionally and personally.
We established ourselves in Johns Creek and recently added a second office in Dawsonville. This growth was prompted by our existing wildlife control customers saying they wished we offered PEST CONTROL services. If we simply apply the same principles that we used in our wildlife control business; stellar customer service, ethical practices, and passion for what we do we will continue to make our clients safe and satisfied!
Our Service Area – We focus exclusively on North Georgia. From Alpharetta, Ball Ground, Big Canoe, Crabapple, Cumming, Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Duluth, Gainesville, Johns Creek, Milton, Peachtree Corners, all the way to Suwanee.
This is our company and our family. Every person, every job, every dollar matters…and so we continually strive to be the best professionals and people that we can be. We take your issues personally, and we do not rest until we resolve them.
We have put thought into every step of our Pest Control Service process. Everything from the people and pets in your home, the extent of your issue, the areas on your property that encourage the pest presence, and the environmental impact of our work. We put the effort into this so you do not have to!
And just as with our Pest Control Services, our Nuisance Wildlife Control program focuses on quickly resolving your issues while humanely removing, caring for, and when permitted, relocating the animal. We take into consideration that animals deserve a place on this planet, just not inside your home!

WHY CHOOSE US FOR PEST CONTROL?
Here is what makes us different than most other Pest Control providers, we take the time necessary to resolve your problem. If you care to see a breakdown of why we emphasize OUR TIME spent and why the Typical Pest Control Service Schedule creates (what most call) “baseboard jockeys”-
Average Schedule Breakdown
Industry Standard Hours for a Typical Pest Control Technician is 8 hours a day. One hour for Lunch. That leaves 7 hours per day = 420 minutes per day. In our area you have to allow an hour for driving time, however in this illustration I am using a half hour (30 minutes) windshield time between stops. The average Pest Control Technician is expected to make 10 – 18 service calls per day. Yes – 10 – 18 treatments per day. BUT to keep it simple we are using the lower number of 10 visits per day. So here is the breakdown:
420 minutes – in a standard workday
300 minutes – the driving time between appointments (30min per appointment x 10 appointments)
120 minutes remaining divided between 10 appointments = 12 minutes per call. Either this forces a longer workday for the Technician or the company cannot service this many customers.
How thorough can they be if setting up the pesticide and equipment takes 10 minutes that leaves 2 minutes to treat your home? This is why the industry refers to these guys as baseboard jockeys because they only have time to spray the maximum allowable and get onto the next call. This is not the way we chose to do business.
While performing a thorough initial inspection, we determine what is the target pest species and devise a strategy. Our goal is to utilize habitat modifications, biological & mechanical controls, with the right amount of pesticides to remedy the problem. This holistic approach is called Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
IPM is a process you can use to solve pest problems while minimizing risks to people and the environment. The most effective, long-term way to manage pests is by using a combination of methods that work better together than separately. With this in mind, materials are selected and applied in a manner that minimizes risks to human health, beneficial and non-target organisms, and the environment.
As expected we will design a program that suits your needs & budget. All of the typical household pest control services are offered on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis.
The most common cities that we service for pest control are: Alpharetta, Berkeley Lake, Big Canoe, Cumming, Dawsonville, Duluth, Johns Creek, Milton, Peachtree Corners, Suwanee
