Mouse Trapping

Our Mouse Removal service is fast and effective. Unlike most pest control companies we still check our traps daily – the most effective means of getting ahead of the population explosion is to trap aggressively and remove trapped mice daily.

We charge a Flat Rate Trapping Fee for One (1) Week of Mouse Trapping. There is NO setup fee, NO per-animal fee, and NO need for an estimate or quote to start trapping. The trapping fee is all-inclusive, with up to five (5) trips out (Monday–Friday) to set traps, check traps, refresh bait, and remove rodents trapped.

Under our Georgia Wildlife Licensing requirements, traps must be checked every single day. Daily trap checking matters because it’s required, it’s humane, and it keeps the process productive. It also prevents rodents from getting “educated” by dead or untouched traps sitting too long, and it allows us to reposition traps that aren’t producing.

Guaranteed Mouse Exclusion

Exclusion is the act of using animal-proof materials and methods to keep mice out after trapping. Once mice are removed, they leave behind odors, droppings, and scent trails that can attract the next rodent. Trapping removes the current problem. Exclusion helps prevent the next one.

Common mouse entry points include gable vents, soffit junctions, dryer vents, bathroom vents, construction gaps along the gutter line, and small holes around penetrations.

We only use high-quality materials when we seal a home, and we guarantee that no animal will get past the areas we have excluded. Because every structure is different, there is no accurate way to price exclusion work over the phone. While we are already there trapping, we identify how mice are getting in and provide a clear proposal to seal the home. If approved, exclusion can be completed while trapping is underway, which improves the overall success of the process.

TOP 10 MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT MOUSE TRAPPING & MOUSE CONTROL

How do I know if I have a mouse problem?

Common signs include droppings, scratching noises in walls or ceilings, gnaw marks, nesting material, and food packaging damage. Activity is often most noticeable at night.

Are mice dangerous to have in a home?

Yes. Mice can contaminate food, spread bacteria through droppings and urine, damage insulation and wiring, and introduce parasites into living spaces.

How quickly do mice reproduce?

Very quickly. A single pair of mice can multiply into dozens within a few months, which is why early trapping and control is important.

Do store-bought traps and poisons work?

They may catch an occasional mouse, but they rarely resolve an active infestation. Improper placement or poison use can make the problem worse or create odor issues from dead mice in walls.

Why is daily trap checking important?

Daily checks are required, humane, and prevent mice from learning to avoid traps. It also allows traps to be repositioned for better results.

How long does mouse trapping usually take?

Most trapping programs are set up in one-week time frames, but the duration can vary depending on activity levels, structure layout, and whether exclusion is completed.

Will mice come back after trapping?

They can if entry points are not sealed. Trapping removes the mice present, but exclusion is what prevents new mice from entering.

What is mouse exclusion?

Mouse exclusion is the process of sealing gaps, vents, and entry points using animal-proof materials to keep mice out of the structure long-term.

Do mice live only in attics and walls?

No. Mice can nest in attics, wall voids, crawl spaces, garages, kitchens, basements, and storage areas.

Who should handle mouse trapping and control?

A licensed professional with experience in rodent behavior, trap placement, and exclusion methods is best equipped to resolve mouse problems safely and effectively.
